Jabalpur – A delegation of national and state-level office bearers from the National Working Journalists Council paid a courtesy visit to the newly appointed Additional Advocate General, Nilesh Yadav. During the meeting, the journalists held a candid discussion on several important issues, including the implementation of the Journalist Protection Act, the prevention of sewage discharge into the sacred Narmada River, and broader environmental concerns.

On this occasion, Mr. Yadav expressed his gratitude to the members of the Working Journalists Council and stated his hope that, together, they would strive to take Jabalpur to new heights. He added that along with fulfilling his duties as Additional Advocate General, he would sincerely and honestly discharge his social responsibilities in collaboration with everyone.

Mr. Nilesh Yadav hails from Ujjain district. He has previously served as an Additional District Judge and later as Deputy Secretary in the Law Department of the Government of Madhya Pradesh. Earlier this month, he resigned from the Law Department and has now been appointed as Additional Advocate General at the Advocate General’s Office in Jabalpur.

On this occasion, environmental expert Advocate Prabhat Yadav introduced all the journalists to the Additional Advocate General. Present at the event were National President of the Council, Paramanand Tiwari; National Coordinator, Nalin Kant Bajpai; State Chief General Secretary, Vilok Pathak; State Organizational General Secretary, Anurodh Pateria; Jabalpur Division President, Chandrashekhar Sharma; Head of the Housing Committee, Suresh Kamle; and member of the Journalist Photographer Association, Jitendra Vaishnav. They welcomed the Additional Advocate General by presenting him with flowers.
